Born 2013 and 2014 (2026 Season)
U14 sees the players rapdily advancing their athletic abilities and skills as they develop physically. More complex plays and tactices will be used, and some players may begin to specialize and focus on a specific position and the related skills and techniques required for that particular position. To begin the season, one coach from each team is permitted to be on the field during play to provide instruction and help players set up their plays, with a target of removing on field coaches by midseason. Referees will enforce and penalize infractions as per the Canadian Amateur Rule Book for Tackle Football.
The U14 division plays either 6-a-side or 9-a-side football, with adjusted field sizes, depending on the number of teams & registrants. No player man score more than 3 offensive touchdowns in one game (passing touchdowns excluded).
