U10 is a non-competitive division which does not track scoring or wins/losses. For many, this is their first exposure to true teamwork and cooperation which helps prepare them for many future activities they encounter. U10 players practice together as single group, focusing on learning the fundamental skills of football and having fun playing football based mini-games, before splitting into teams on Saturdays for jamboree style games. Players will be encouraged and given the oppurtunity to try out all of the different positions, and everyone will get a chance to carry the football. Coaches are permitted on the field during play to provide instruction, help players set up their plays, and act as referees.
The U10 divsion plays 6-a-side football, on a reduced field size, and modified down and distance rules.
